As part of their consumer protection program, Brand Protection Group needed to warn the public about the dangers of fake products in the market, with almost no budget. Fake products are not only badly made, but in some cases could put users into serious dangers.

In 24 hours we took the public by storm, faking over 200 facebook accounts of celebrities and influencers, several radio RJ’s, the host of one of the most popular TV talk show and the logos of some leading Lebanon newspapers.

Obviously, this campaign reached the whole country, got millions in earned media and gained an immense positive sentiment despite it’s bold and risky approach. But what is more surprising, is how much power a simple idea could have – everyone who heard about the idea, wanted to help and support for free.
